UK DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
FREE – Mainland UK Delivery*
UK Mainland delivery and installation: experience our friendly and professional install team, who will not only bring the hot tub to your home, but actually position in your chosen location – see our install video. There are a few limits – they can’t bring it through your house or down a flight of steps. If you need it lifting over a wall or even over your home, we can confirm the best way and any cost involved, please contact us. COLLECTION
FREE
Pick up from warehouse. Pick up from the warehouse is available any time during weekdays and via appointment on weekends. We can load via forklift truck. Please contact us for further details. The warranty we offer does NOT cover damage due to misuse or unloading damage your end , please ask for more details by calling the office if unsure
OVERSEAS
POA
Outside UK delivery. Please contact us today to obtain a quote for delivery of your hot tub if you live outside of the UK. We can in most cases deliver a hot tub nearly anywhere so just ask us we will be happy to help! We use a palletised distribution service for this option taking 3-5 days.
Swim Spas
Option A
Swim Spa Hi-Ab Delivery
£699 – within 100 miles
£5 per mile – when distance exceeds 100 miles
UK Mainland Delivery/Installation: We will deliver your Swim spa to your given address and place the tub in your desired location, there is a 9m reach on the Hi-ab lifting arm. Due to the size and weight of the Swim spas they cannot be man handled or lifted unless it is via a hi-ab lorry or machine capable of lifting it with straps etc , It is also possible to use a crane to put your Swim spa in place and this can be discussed by getting in touch with us. Once the product is in place then we can connect everything and get your spa up and running. Please contact us before purchase to discuss these details, we require a walk-through video and location photos.
Option B
Flat Bed Swim Spa Delivery
£599 – within 100 miles
£5 per mile – when distance exceeds 100 miles
UK Mainland Delivery/Installation: We will deliver your Swim spa to your given address on a flatbed lorry , The Swim Spa will need lifting off the flat bed lorry via crane or other machine capable of lifting it into place .Swim spas cannot be man handled or lifted under any circumstances unless it is via a hi-ab lorry or a machine capable of lifting it with straps etc (crane, telehandler etc ), It is also possible to use a crane to put your Swim spa in place and this can be discussed by getting in touch with us. Once the product is in place then we can connect everything and get your spa up and running. Option C
Collection From Warehouse
FREE
Collection from Warehouse: You can choose to come and collect your brand-new Swim spa from the warehouse yourself, any time during weekdays and by appointment at weekends. Make sure you bring a suitable vehicle or trailer swim spas are very large and weigh in excess of 1.5 tonnes , we can load with a forklift , it is always a good idea to have the correct equipment to unload at the other end, warranty does not cover damage that occurs while unloading.
