Not only is it a requirement for your warranty of a Black Diamond Spas’ hot tub/swim spa to have one at least every 12 months, it also helps extend the lifespan of your tub. This means less chance of costly repairs and breakdowns.

As temperatures drop, the water in your pipes can freeze and expand which causes the pipes to crack. Shutting down a hot tub for the colder times of the year must be done properly. Certain steps need to be taken to avoid burst pipes and cracked wet ends in pumps. Our experienced servicing team ensures you’re in safe hands, protecting your tub ready to use when you are.
