Outside UK delivery. We can in most cases deliver a hot tub nearly anywhere so just ask us we will be happy to help! We use a palletised distribution service for this option taking 3-5 days.

For swim spas up to 4.3 metres in length, we can deliver using our own flatbed trucks. At the delivery location, appropriate lifting equipment—such as a Hiab wagon, crane, or telehandler—will be required to offload the spa safely. We’re happy to arrange everything for you through our trusted network of crane and equipment partners.
For swim spas over 4.3 metres, delivery is carried out using a larger flatbed lorry. At the delivery site, offloading equipment such as a crane, Hiab, or telehandler will be needed. Alternatively, if the spa can be placed within 9 metres of the lorry, a Hiab vehicle with sufficient reach can be used to both transport and position the spa. As always, we can handle all logistics on your behalf to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
You’re welcome to collect your swim spa directly from our warehouse, free of charge. We’ll securely load the spa onto your vehicle or trailer. Please ensure your transport is suitable, as swim spas are large and typically weigh over 1.5 tonnes. If preferred, our installation team can follow you to site on the same day, or return on a later date, to wire in and set up your spa.
